The hall seats up to 248 guests. The floor is one wide, uninterrupted space, so it can be set with round banquet tables, long family-style tables, theatre-style rows for a conference, or cleared for a dance floor. Smaller gatherings work just as well — tell us your numbers and we'll suggest a layout.
We don't provide catering, so you're welcome to bring your own food or hire the caterer of your choice. The hall's full commercial kitchen is included with your package, so they'll have gas ranges, a convection oven and plenty of prep space. To make the day easier, you can add:
-Linens — table cloths ($6 per table) and chair covers with sash and table runner ($2 per chair)
-Drinks — hot coffee service, chilled punch, and juice or water jugs
-A kitchen hostess ($100) to set your food out, keep the serving table topped up and keep the meal running smoothly
Yes. For any event serving alcohol you'll need a bartender — we can provide one for $100, with one bartender per 120 guests. Events with alcohol are subject to additional rates and require the appropriate provincial liquor permit. Ask us and we'll walk you through what's needed.
Dates are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis once a rental agreement is signed. Rental time is counted from the moment you enter the hall until the moment you leave — this includes decorating, set up and clean up. Events serving alcohol are subject to additional rates and require the appropriate provincial permit.
Cancellations must be made in writing. Refund amounts depend on how far in advance the hall is released, so please get in touch as early as possible if your plans change — we will always do our best to work with you.
We accept e-transfer, cheque and cash. A deposit secures your date and the remaining balance is due before the event. Any extra hours or additional amenities are settled after the event.
Table setup is included with most packages. Renters are responsible for:
-Clean up of the hall after the event
-Stacking of tables and chairs
-Removing all decorations
-Taking all garbage out to the garbage bin
