The room rental for the Windsor Room is $400+taxes/full day and $200.00+taxes/half day. Our pricing includes: All tables Chairs Linens Meeting room set up. Available equipment includes: Complimentary wi-fi, data projector & screen, speaker/microphone, and meeting room supply kit (notepads, pens, etc). Arrangements can be made for additional AV and office equipment requested, at an additional cost. Fax and photocopying services are also available for a nominal fee. Catering options are available through our on-site restaurant, Fionn MacCools.

The Windsor Room, located on the Lower Level of our hotel, is fully accessible, seats up to 48 guests (banquet style seating), up to 30 guests (U-shape style seating), or up to 70 guests (theatre/reception style seating). It’s the perfect location for receptions, business workshops, conferences, presentations, and meetings.
