When I went in to Something Xtra Special, I was a bit unsure. The store seemed small, and it was a bit cluttered with the other trinkets that they sell. However, when I started working with the florists, I quickly changed my mind. First, they had an abundance of materials for my fiance and I to look through on our own. The sources were well organized so that we weren't overwhelmed by the choices. After giving us some time, the florist came over and talked to us about what we liked in the books. She also asked us some questions about our wedding and made recommendations. In addition, she had a very in-depth system for recording our order. The forms listed all of the possible types of flowers we could want (bouquets, centerpieces, etc.)to make sure that we didn't miss anything. The best part was the price. I went in expecting to pay a fortune for my flowers, but the price was way lower than what I thought. After completing the order, they had us make very specific instructions for when and where the flowers were to be delivered. They even made a special delivery time for us to accommodation our wedding time. The flowers were delivered on time and they were beautiful and fresh when they arrived. They still looked beautiful at the end of the night (which is especially impressive because they were all white). One thing that I also appreciated was that the bouquets weren't too heavy. Overall, I was extremely satisfied.
