The price includes the use of Chairs and tables, we have 10 large rectangular tables and around 110 chairs. BYOB, please feel free to enjoy beverages among friends and family, but if you wish to have a ticketed event or sell alcohol, an event permit from ABC must be obtained. The contract includes use of the Greenfield Event Space for the entire day of your booking, and we have no time limits so you are welcome to stay as late as you like into the following morning (yes, even up to 4 or 5 AM for late night parties.)
