Belle Vue Wilmington 1125 North 4th Street in the Brooklyn Arts District You will love the flexibility and freedom to use any vendors. We will set up the venue before you get there, provide some rentals (tables/chairs/linen) and even clean after you leave. Since we just moved this is what we have to offer right now. But I am sure we will be adding more as time goes by. Belle is great for 50-80 guests. Included in the rental is: 40 black chiavari chairs 9 six foot banquet tables 7 white linen for the dinner tables 2 black linen for the food tables 4 cocktail tables 6 cocktail stools ($599 VALUE per L&L Rentals Price list. All other items can be rented from local companies) Smaller parties of 40 or less we also offer these items for an extra $100. Assorted serving plates, serving utensils and bowls. 40 dinner plates, 40 app/dessert plates, flatware, wine and champagne glasses. We book Belle out from 9:00am to 3:30pm, 4:30-10:30 or all day 9:00am to 10:30pm. You are allowed to choose any caterer (and in some cases provide your own food). Belle has a prep kitchen that you can use. There is a stove, full size refrigerator/freezer, large microwave and stove in the prep room. You may heat up food but not actually cook since we are not a commercial kitchen. You are allowed to bring in beer/wine/champagne. If you want spirits you can get a one day permit through ABC in Raleigh for $75. That permit allows you to have a full bar that you can provide at your own cost. https://abc.nc.gov/Permit/SpecialPermitsYou will need one server/bartender to work the event that is independent of your guest list. RUSTIC, QUAINT AND BEAUTIFUL! BEST VENUE EVER! - An Eventective User

Held a retirement party for my husband after 47 years in the industrial laundry business. Cannot say enough good things about Ray Beca and his venue. From start to finish he was absolutely the best to work with!! His place is rustic, yet beautiful when decorated. The perfect place for a small group of 75 or less!! The cost was reasonable and his personality just topped it off!! All of my guests were delighted with him , his venue and what a great night we had!! Will definitely use this location in the future and highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect place for a small gathering!!

Belle Vue hosted the rehearsal dinner for our son and future daughter in law's wedding. Space was very comfortable with unique personality, with ample kitchen, restrooms, bar, food service and congregation areas. Added feature of an outdoor space is a nice feature. Ray was tremendously helpful and lent an informal tone, felt like a close relative just helping out. We were very satisfied with every facet of this venue! Consider it seriously!

This location and Ray are the most amazing combination. He can make anything happen COVID or not because he is so creative. Not only is Ray awesome but the space is absolutely gorgeous. You could have any event here and you save so much on decorating because it speaks for itself. I plan on using Belle Vue over and over again and I know our guests felt the same. They were talking about Christmas parties, birthday parties, dinners with friends. Any ideas you have - go to Ray and he will figure it out :) Thank you so much for making our ceremony and wedding SO perfect.

Absolutely Perfect Venue ! - An Eventective User from Carmel, NY

This was a perfect location for our event and guests. The guests were coming from all over and the location was an easy access for all. The Belle Vue itself was bright,spotless and amazingly just the right location! The owner Ray was just as amazing! He was polite, presentable and very helpful! I would highly recommend this location for everyone! I am in the catering business in New York and wish that there was a venue just like the Belle Vue here with the same affordability. Once again it was prefect! Thank you.
