Energico Jazz is a group of military veterans and music professionals from around the DC Metro area. We are an eclectic Jazz band with influences ranging from Duke Ellington, Count Basie, John Coltrane, Charlie Parker, Dizzy Gillespie, Miles Davis, Chick Corea, Grover Washington, Yellowjackets, and Jeff Lorber, to name a few. With over 100 years of combined experience, we are versatile and energetic (hence the name) and ready to perform for an array of corporate and formal events and festivals, private parties, and weddings, as well as skillfully executing studio and session work.
