Corks+Forks Catering is owned and operated by Michael "Cheffee" Ober, a Master Chef, trained in Europe. His culinary skills have developed over 20 years working in 5 star hotels & elite restaurants in Europe, earning Michelin Stars. Melanie Robertson-Ober has 10 years experience in the hospitality industry and is a Certified Sommelier. Mel has been sailing the world as a Chief Stewardess on mega yachts since 2004, serving some of the most prominent identities & celebrities in Palm Beach.
