The Music Makers Little Big Band has been entertaining audiences in London for over 40 years in both concert and dance venues. Our musicians are professionals in every sense having performed for many years in all of the local bands and combos. We perform for the London Jazz Society, The Wortley Village Jazz & Blues Festival, Jazz at the Bog Concert Series, Grand Bend Centre For The Living Arts, Springbank Park Concert Series, Local and London Area Arts Facilities, Conferences, Country Clubs, Weddings, Birthday Parties, Celebrations of Life, etc. This is a very affordable band giving you the "Big Band" experience at small combo prices and a program that you will love. Live music at its best. We play nostalgic big band favourites from the swing era, plus jazz, latin, fox trot, waltzes, polkas and dixieland. Much of our repertoire includes songs from the "Great American Songbook" including those sung by Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald, Michael Buble, Natalie Cole, Diana Krall and more. All played and sung by an affordable 9-piece band. This is "classy", "elegant", ballroom style dancing at its best. And our concerts are exceptional.
