On New Year’s Eve of 1999, the Villa de Cortez reopened its doors to the Valley as a premier social establishment. The second floor was recreated with an atmosphere of an old Spanish Villa. After entering through a graceful cantera arch with a wrought iron gate, you are met with a unique wine cellar, a cantina, a library, a living room grotto, and a ballroom. The elegant Crystal Ballroom is ornately decorated with its original wooden dance floor and beautiful sparkling crystal chandeliers while an elegant red velvet bench adorns the length of one wall. A definite must see!
