We celebrated my daughter’s Quinceañero at Bear Creek. It was an intimate celebration. The location was perfect. Small but with enough room to dance and do some karaoke. The event coordinators were amazing and support us throughout the planning and event day. Food was delicious and staff were very attentive. Highly recommended!

My husband and I decided to celebrate our 20th anniversary with the wedding we never had at Bear Creek Golf Club this year. Fay and Kelly were absolutely flawless to work with - they kept me on point in planning our event, payment schedules, answering questions and helping with set up. The location is absolutely gorgeous, the fireplace is the main centerpiece and will make all your pictures the perfect shot. You can’t miss using this place as your event hall.

Excellent Wedding Reception Venue — An Eventective User from Defiance , Missouri

We chose Bear Creek because it was tastefully decorated, all-inclusive with in-house catering and bar, affordable, and not far from the church where our daughter got married. We had a four-hour evening reception at Bear Creek complete with a buffet dinner, and bar package. We invited just over 200 guests and luckily only had 150 accept. Seating at Bear Creek seats a max of 200, but we were pretty cozy with our 150. Many guests came up to tell me how much they enjoyed the food, which truly was quite tasty. Kyle, their chef, worked with us beforehand to plan a great meal and also accommodate a couple guests with dietary restrictions. We only had a small issue with a pan of food not being cooked thoroughly, but when it was brought to the attention of the staff, they immediately set things right with guests who had taken from that pan. The adequately-sized staff was very accommodating and polite the night of the event. The bartenders were kept busy all evening and did a great job with our group. But I have to say that what made the reception run smoothly and to my ultimate comfort and satisfaction is the personal and professional attention that Kelly and Fay, the coordinating duo, gave to my daughter and I as we went through the planning process. We had originally scheduled to use the venue in May, but we chose to reschedule it to February, which was a bit of a scramble to get all of the other moving parts and vendors to match up with the new date. Kelly and Fay answered emails and phone calls promptly to help us make this event nearly flawless. My only worry when we booked Bear Creek is the fact that you could only have two hours to decorate before your event, which would have been the case if the wedding had been in May. Being a golf club with many events scheduled in their hall in nice weather, I understand the tight turnaround of the hall. But we were fortunate enough in February that they didn't have another event the Friday before, so they allowed us to decorate then. Once we were all set up, I relaxed and knew that when we walked into the hall on Saturday, we would all have a great time and be taken care of. And I was right! The reception was a blast, and I enjoyed myself because things went so well. Thank you, Bear Creek for a wonderful event!

Absolutely beautiful wedding/reception venue! Every part of Bear Creek is just simply beautiful! We felt the vaulted ceilings with natural wood beams, fireplace, stone wall, and natural light through the windows made this venue absolutely beautiful on its own! We added a few decorations, which made our wedding absolutely stunning! Faye made our big day run so perfectly and was absolutely amazing, we had the best day!

Not only that, but they were communitive, kind, approachable and so very helpful. If I had an issue they were on top of it with ideas and help. We had some unique aspects of our reception and they helped with so many of the details. The also worked well and smoothly with my day-of coordinator. The chef was also so accommodating with guests with dietary restrictions - he was sincerely happy to help. What a breath of fresh air to work with such a team planning the biggest celebration of my life. On the day of the wedding, I had no worries that things would run smoothly. Book with Bear Creek - ASAP - you will be happy you did. We surely were and would do it all over again with them if given the chance!

I coordinated a wedding at Bear Creek Golf Club on November 19, 2022, and I could not have been more impressed! From the initial meeting to tour the venue, to the tasting, to patiently answering logistical questions while planning, through to the very end of the event, this venue was outstanding. Kelly and Fay were very helpful in every sense of the word. They were extremely accommodating with the bride's wishes and vision. The cook is crazy talented and everything I've tried has been delicious. (It's definitely not standard wedding buffet fare.) He was happy to create a different meal for several of the guests who have a very limited diet. He even made kid plates!!! The team of attendants during the wedding reception were friendly, attentive and very professional. And the space itself is stunning inside and out. If you're looking for a venue for a wedding, quinceanera, showers, holiday parties, etc, you cannot go wrong with Bear Creek Golf Club!

Cannot say enough good things about working with bear Creek for our wedding reception. They were absolutely wonderful and just a joy throughout the entire process. Great communication, easy-going and flexible. Our reception was beautiful, even better than I expected. Totally reasonably priced and allowed for a lot of personalization with the decor, menu, and overall set up. I am so grateful to have worked with this venue! The backdrop and scenery was stunning but simple. Really just can’t recommend enough!!
