Ronora Lodge & Retreat Center is a rustic venue in SW Michigan, just 2 miles north of I-94, 100 miles east of Chicago & 200 miles west of Detroit. It's ideal for workshops of all kinds, artist & meditative retreats, church groups, school camping trips, family reunions, weddings, couples getaways, girls weekends & more! Our cottages and lodges feature large & small event spaces well-equipped with convenient kitchens and amenities. Our most popular event venue is Chadwicke Dining Hall, seating 125 at tables & offering hand-crafted catering for groups of 25+ and space for a dance floor. We host a wide diversity of groups, retreats, weddings and couples getaways. Ronora's recreation areas, trails, and peaceful natural environment make it easy to escape without going far away. We like to say RONORA is 'Easy to get to, hard to leave, in a world all its own'. Nestled on Redtail Nature Preserve, Ronora features a secluded spring-fed lake for swimming, paddling and fishing; woodlands, meadows, wildlife, pristine pastures; and miles of nature trails. We offer a variety of activities that take advantage of our beautiful location, including equine-assisted learning and team building experiences with our friendly rescue horses For those who want to explore, the local area is rich with breweries, wineries, arts, watersports & Lake Michigan shoreline. Ronora is fully open April through October.
