Day of Coordination (For the DIY Bride who wants to relax and see her vision come to life)
Intial consultation to discuss your vision and details of your day.
Unlimited email and scheduled phone communication from time of signing
Walk through of venue(s) to go over set up and layout details
TLC team at venue (Coordinator).
Coordinate and run rehearsal, procession line up advice and music timing ( 1 hour in duration)
Review, and revise if needed, timeline for day of events
Check in and confirm with all vendors 2 weeks prior to event day.
Manage and direct vendors for set up of ceremony and reception sites per instructions .
Set up of Personal decor items, for guest tables , sign in, cake table, signage and other misc items.
Distribute and pin flowers to wedding party, family members, & special guest .
Deliver any special gifts/notes between Bride & Groom.
Manage & Direct wedding party through ceremony and key moments in reception.
Communicate with photographer to ensure all photos are taken and on time, update and prompt DJ to make event announcements and coordinate dinner service timing.
Ensure payment of vendor tips & balances at the end of the event.
Pack all gifts and decor to be sent home with bride and /or designated individual.
Assist vendors in tear down of event and make sure locations are left as there were when we arrived.

Don’t stress in your wedding dress! This package is a “peace of mind” essential and meant for the couple that has planned a majority of their wedding and just needs help tying up loose ends and executing the wedding day. We recommend contacting us 2-3 months prior to your event date.
