Beautiful place to host an event! — An Eventective User from Pine Bush, New York

We had our mother’s 80th surprise party here. She was not only surprised but she loved the venue. Beautiful pallet barn, great outdoor space and Katrina was amazing to work with. The staff that was there to help before, during and after the party were great. They made hosting so much easier than any other party I’ve hosted. I got to sit and enjoy the day instead of running around making sure things were done. Everything ran smoothly. They even help us load the cars at the end. I can’t think of one complaint. I highly recommend have your next event here!

Great venue for my son's First communion — An Eventective User

We recently hosted our son's First Communion at the Pallet Barn, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Katrina was absolutely wonderful to work with. Her customer service and communication was great. The venue itself is super cute and has such a warm, inviting atmosphere. It's very kid and family oriented, which was perfect for our celebration. There was truly something for everyone to enjoy - whether it was the kids playing corn hole or running around outside or the adults relaxing and catching up on the covered deck. We couldn't have asked for a better place to host such a special day. Highly recommend the Pallet Barn for any family gathering or celebration!

Perfect Storybook Wedding Venue! — An Eventective User from Wallkill, NY

Our wedding was everything we had dreamed of, and more! Joe & Katrina were the most amazing hosts from start to finish- and with the fall foliage and all of the Christmas trees as our backdrop, our wedding photos came out absolutely incredible! Our guests were all calling it a "Hallmark" storybook wedding as they entered, and everyone was so impressed with all of the charming details of a real red barn! We couldn't have been happier with our choice to have our wedding at The Pallet Barn! Thank you Joe and Katrina, we feel truly blessed to have had such a perfect wedding day!

Wedding — An Eventective User from Walkill

First off, Katrina and Joe are amazing!!!! MY childhood friend recommended this venue, and we are so happy we choose it. The Pallet barn has everything you could ever want, a beautiful barn, a beautiful ceremony area, and a pond with turkeys, chickens & ducks!! The barn is set up so beautiful, all the lights inside hanging, it also has AC and heat, there is also a spot for the dj booth in the corner, with speaker holders. We were able to have our rehearsal dinner at the venue, and the venue for the full day (day of the wedding). Katrina and Joe were so accommodating and were so good with response times. overall they are truly amazing people. I highly recommend this venue for big parties or a wedding!! Thank you again Katrina and Joe for everything and letting us use your beautiful venue.

Amazing venue and owners — An Eventective User from New Windsor

I gave my daughter a babyshower at The Pallet Barn in August. It was absolutely amazing. The venue is beautiful, spacious, and equipped with all that you may need to have a wonderful event. The owners were welcoming, helpful, and very professional. The Maitre Ds were helpful and friendly as well. If and when I decide to give another gathering, The Pallet Barn will be my first choice.

Perfect Hidden Gen — An Eventective User from Middletown, NY

We had my baby shower here, and it was the absolute perfect location. The owners are so nice and professional. You can really customize the space to your needs, and you get a lot of time for your setup and event. Built in the price is a “concierge” who is there to assist, and answer any questions you have, which is something not every venue offers. The location is really convenient, and I am so glad we found this hidden gem!

My daughter’s wedding in June of 2023 was held at the Pallet Barn in Wallkill, NY.. It is a beautiful setting amongst the trees and greenery. The barn is well accommodated with bathrooms and warming kitchen. It has a charming ambience of rusticity with tiny white lights strung amongst the rafters and pallets, giving it a magical quality. There is even air conditioning, if the weather requires it. The owners, Joe and Katrina, are most accommodating and friendly and did everything they could to make our event a success! Highly recommend!

The owners of the Pallet Barn were beyond pleasant, professional, and very helpful with recommendations for other vendors. I highly recommend booking this place for your next event. I hosted my wedding and it was absolutely beautiful, the owners let me setup the night before and even checked in with us the day of and said goodbye to us before leaving the following day. True Family Business — An Eventective User

I almost don't want to write this review because currently, I feel the Pallet Barn is the best-kept secret in the Hudson Valley. However, after just one meeting with owners Katrina & Joe, you know that you are in the hands of hardworking local people who deserve all the praise for the warm, welcoming venue they've built by hand. Renting the Pallet Barn involves the owners paying every attention to the fine details while still somehow allowing the event organizers freedom to enjoy the space exactly as we wish, and my event was no different. I can't think of a single event category that wouldn't be appropriate for a small-to-mid-sized party, and the gorgeous backdrop of their Christmas tree farm against the rustic Pallet Barn is a picturesque dream. Not to mention the venue is designed as the perfect hybrid of indoor/outdoor space, with actual tables and even lawn games available to enjoy outdoors on a nice day. Ventilation, lighting, and rustic touches are all included in the barn's design, and the owners take pride in what they've done. I wish I had more events coming up so I could book the Pallet Barn for every single one! Thank you Katrina & Joe for this wonderful space you've created. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL!

We looked at a handful of venues to host our daughters sweet 16 before we found The Pallet Barn @Christmas Tree Lane and looked no further! The place is enchanting in every way, just perfect. The owners could not have been any nicer and accommodating. If you are looking for a place that feels warm and inviting I recommend The Pallet Barn!
