Here at Dulany’s Overlook, we have a colonial brick house that includes a beautiful bridal suite upstairs and a space for groomsmen downstairs. We have two ceremony sites to choose from to say your “I Do’s.” Our first ceremony site is in the vast lawn space right alongside of our rose garden, and the second ceremony site is in the wooded area of our property which makes for a laid-back, whimsical feel. For cocktail hour, guests are invited to the downstairs area of our barn to enjoy refreshments and a bite to eat before heading upstairs for the reception. Our barn is restored but has stayed true to its old feel. This barn accommodates 200 guests at a time with room to dance, and a patio out front to enjoy the view from atop of the hill.
