Located on the second floor of Waterman’s, our private room, The Attic, overlooks the beach and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. The Attic is the perfect venue for many types of events - wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, engagement, retirement and birthday parties, corporate dinners, business retreats and other special occasions. Depending on the type of event, the Attic can seat up to 100 guests for dinner, and can accommodate up to 130 guests for a cocktail party. Please speak with a Special Events Manager regarding specific capacity for events, especially weddings.

My daughters wedding was in the Attic/Waterman's. they made my daughters day perfect! Courtney Gearhart took care of everthing. Her and her staff were amazing. Everyone had a blast and our guests raved about the food and what an amazing venue we selected. The bar staff was patient and quick and made great drinks. When my daughter and i look back on October 6th we do with a huge smile thanks to everyone at Waterman's.
