Our venue comfortable accommodates up to 60 guests seated with tables and chairs, and 100 guests standing or seated without chairs.
Your venue rental includes:

Venue rental bookings get 7 hours of building access. Extra hours may be added for an additional cost.
Yes, we have decor packages available. We have a Premium decor package available, that includes The Loft rental, black or white table linens, clear cylinder vases, and gold or silver chargers. Our luxury decor packages are customizable, all-inclusive decor provided by our in-house decorator. Rentals and props are not included and are subject to availability.

Yes, you can add on rental props. We provide our own rental items such as LED Marquee letters, our Signature Magazine Box, acrylic stages, backdrops, welcome signs and more. Please visit www.gnseventrentals.com to browse our inventory and enter a quote.
All guests must exit the venue no later than 12AM midnight.
If you see a security fee on your invoice or contract, that fee is for a private security company to monitor and secure certain or all alcohol related events. In some cases, this fee may be required depending on the nature of the event and covers the cost for 1-2 law enforcement officers during your event.
There are no additional cleaning fees. All clients and guests are required to leave the venue and outside premises in the same clean condition in which they found it to avoid additional charges.
Client shall provide a refundable Incidental Deposit of $250 due at least 48-hours before the day of the event. Incidental deposits can be made via cash, Zelle, or Cash App payments only and will be refunded within 3–5 business days after the event, and post inspection provided but is not limited to:
-No damages to property or rental items
-Venue is left in the same clean condition in which the client finds it
-No excessive cleaning is required aside from professional disinfecting cleaning & disinfecting, that includes...
-Failure to bag and remove all trash inside venue and parking lot
-Failure to clean leftover food/ beverage spills and debris, and empty refrigerator of your personal items
-Failure to leave restrooms in clean conditions
-Failure to remove all personal belongings and décor
-Failure to leave venue in broom-clean condition
-Unpermitted use of items and other areas of the venue
-Client or guests exit the premises after the expired time
-No Illegal activities
