Lady Oscar is a private industrial chic 2200 sf venue with 2 bars in the heart of downtown Versailles that combines old world elegance with new world chic. There is seating for around 75 on the first floor and seating for around 40 on top floor. We provide tablecloths in a large array of colors. You can hire a caterer or provide food & drink (including alcohol) yourself. The first floor is a banquet hall with 8 6' round tables with 8 white folding chairs at each table and a 4' couples or special guest table. The first floor also has a bar. A full sound system, blue tooth speaker provides ample sound for your event. The upstairs is a lounge with a bar with bar seats, couches, poker table, high top table with stools and easy chairs. There is a public parking lot behind the building and accessibility from the rear entrance. Day parties are from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. and night parties are from 6 p.m.-midnight. Rent both time slots for full day/night events for an additional $100.

We booked this venue for my daughter & soon-to-be son-in-law's engagement dinner. Sherry was wonderful, responsive and helpful.
Another venue canceled at the last minute and Lady Oscar Venue & Events came through. The building is old school elegance that met city chic. It has two levels and was decorated beautifully in both areas.
And did I mention the affordability of this venue? 10/10 in my book.
Wonderful Venue for friends, family, or work events

I had the pleasure of renting the Lady Oscar "Rose of Versailles". My family had a fantastic time gathering around delicious home cooked food for thanks giving. The younger generation played upstairs as the adults enjoyed a full bar (self provided) and much needed catch up time. The venue is chic and we'll maintained and is in the heart of downtown Versailles which has its own charm! Sherry thank you so much for providing such a nice place for a special occasion.
