Polo Grill hosted the wedding reception for our Daughter in December. Bill, the owner, exceeded our expectations in planning and executing the most stellar reception. The food was incredible, the staff was remarkable and the ambiance was more than we could ask for. We had guests traveling from all over the country and they are still talking about how perfect the reception was. For those fortunate to have hosted the celebration of a daughters wedding- picture this:
I found myself surrounded by family and friends late in the evening tucked in a comfortable corner of the outside terrace filled with the sounds of live music, laughter and a December breeze rustling through the cabbage palms.
A staunch believer of staying in the moment, I was overtaken by the quality of life one can experience when all things come together and are prepared and delivered with masterful precision and care.
From the raw bar, to the cooked-to-temperature filet, to the appropriately “dirty” martini, the night was in two words- immaculate perfection!
