Froggsong Gardens is a private 17-acre garden wedding venue on Vashon Island near Seattle. We welcome approximately 80–150 guests, with outdoor ceremony settings, a covered pavilion, a dance floor and an air-conditioned building with five bathrooms. The $14,000 venue fee includes exclusive use, furnishings, custom setup, event-operations labor, cleanup, supplies, taxes and venue fees. Required in-house wedding planning and coordination is an additional $2,000. Honey & Harmony provides exclusive catering and bar services under a separate contract. Honey & Harmony is our exclusive caterer and bar-service provider. Catering and bar services are contracted separately from the venue and planning fees.
Yes. Our required in-house wedding planning and coordination service costs $2,000 and supports you from the time of contract through wedding-day coordination.
Guest event hours are 3–10 p.m., with quiet at 10 p.m. Vendor access and setup arrangements are coordinated with our team.
