I don't usually write a note like this. But, I had a very nice & comfortable stay with you folks last week. It was a scheduled confrence I really wasn't looking forward to. When I arrived everything was perfect....my room, the food & the sessions/events I "had" to attend were right there and very accessible. I had a brief interaction with one lady at the front desk (Savanna) she was delightfull and answered all my questions, she also asked me two different times in passing if my stay was going alright, O-yea, she also saved my life by letting me borrow a pocket calculator for a math session I attened.
