People Often Ask
The guaranteed number of guests attending the event is required 72 hours in advance of event date. Please note, unless we are notified of a guest count revision, the number originally contracted will be assumed as the guarantee. You will be billed for the guaranteed number given or the actual number in attendance, whichever is greater.
Standing: 70 people
Seated: 40 people
The space is available 7 days a week, on a first-come, first-serve basis. Start times to be determined during booking.
You can book the place for as long as you need it from early in the morning until 2pm for the morning rates and from 3pm until 11pm for the afternoon/evening rates.
If a dance floor is requested, $330 would be charged on top of the minimum spend for the patron participation endorsement fee charge by the City of Vancouver.

If designated seating is required, please provide your own place cards and/or seating chart. If you require table linens, we can arrange through a third party supplier, charges will be added to final bill.
