DJ Rise
Vancouver, BC
I'm Andrew, the DJ behind DJ RISE. I'm a solo, fully insured ($2M liability) DJ based in Vancouver, playing weddings, corporate events, holiday parties and private celebrations across Metro Vancouver and Whistler.
18 years behind the decks and 700+ events, including Fairmont Hotel Vancouver, Fairmont Chateau Whistler, JW Marriott Parq, Shangri-La and Rosewood Hotel Georgia. 5.0 stars across 30 client reviews.
When you book me, you get me: one DJ, not a roster. I read the room and mix open format: Top 40, R&B, 2000s hits, disco, house, Latin and lounge, with your must-play and do-not-play lists built in.
Every booking includes a professional sound system, two Shure wireless mics for speeches and basic MC duties (introductions, announcements, timeline cues). I arrive early, set up clean and coordinate with your venue and planner.
Add-ons: lighting, karaoke, vinyl hybrid set, second location setup and extra wireless mics.
