For daytime events, tell us what kind of meeting you are envisioning, your budget and the number of attendees and we will put together an estimate that suits your needs. We book full day – 8 hour blocks (including set up and tear down), or half day – 4 hour blocks (including set up and tear down). Our half-day rate starts at $600, our full-day rate starts at $650. For meetings that require additional time beyond the 8 hours, an hourly fee will apply. Our venue fee includes our standard tables & chairs and one room set-up. AV equipment and add-on items are a la carte based on usage. Food & Beverage is based on a per person basis. We arrange for all Food & Beverage requirements including service during the event. Access to the Exhibition or private tours is available at a discounted rate for conference room attendees. For Evening events, outside caterers are allowed for those clients that prefer to plan their own event. Event Planning services are available for clients that require help at an additional charge. For larger evening parties, the Deeley Exhibition offers a venue buyout that includes our 1,800 sq ft foyer space, 1,800 sq ft conference room and the fabulous Motorcycle Exhibition. The rental fee will depend on the amount of time and space you require for your event and the day and time of the event.

For events requiring something different, our motorcycle exhibition offers a unique space for guests to explore and socialize. In addition to our themed exhibit of 60 bikes, we offer guests an interactive map station, personalized tours and a photo-op area.
