For daytime events: We book full day – 9 hour blocks (including set up and tear down) for $1200 or half day – 4 hour blocks (including set up and tear down) for $900 (both plus applicable taxes). • Initial set up of the conference room in classroom, boardroom or theatre style, in a socially distanced format • Sanitized tables and chairs upon arrival. “High-touch” areas such as door handles and in washrooms to be sanitized throughout the day. • Hand sanitizer station upon arrival into the conference room • Event organizer’s pre-event access into the building for registration set up and event prep in the conference room • Use of our in-house, built 9K commercial lumen projection system and surround sound, microphones, secure/password protected wi-fi net work, flipcharts and markers • AV set up assistance for Event Organizer/Speaker • Use of our foyer for registration and tables for F&B set up • Garbage, compost and recycling bins in the conference room with refuse removal at the end of the day. • Free parking • Access to our museum during your break As this is a venue only rental, there would be no F&B staffing service provided by our venue. It would be the responsibility of the client to follow all food service safety and virus mitigation measures during the set up, management during meal distribution and ensure the cleanliness of all F&B areas and refuse after each meal or break. At the end of the day, our staff will remove all garbage and recycling, as well as sanitize and reset the room. Serviced F&B available a la carte.

Weekday Evening Venue Buyouts for small 4 hour Cocktail Party/AGM events start at $1,200 and $4,000 for a Holiday Weekend Evening Corporate Christmas Party.

For events requiring something different, our motorcycle exhibition offers a unique space for guests to explore and socialize. In addition to our themed exhibit of 60 bikes, we offer guests an interactive map station, personalized tours and a photo-op area.
