Package Includes • Multiple options for personalized wedding ceremony and reception location • Set up and tear down of square reception tables and white padded chairs for up to 300 guests • Beautiful evening lighting that creates the perfect atmosphere for your wedding • Luxurious bridal room available to use hours before the ceremony • Indoor and outdoor commercial restrooms • Furnished indoor area for buffet as well as separate building for the display of the cake and/or deserts • Antique “milking barn” available for groom and groomsmen • Large market umbrellas and space heaters to keep guests comfortable • Friendly staff that is onsite • A collection of unique decor such as shepherd’s hooks, arches, and vintage tables • Lighted & secure on-site parking with parking attendants • Fun wedding games (e.g. ping pong table, 2 corn hole sets, bocce ball, and giant lawn-jinga) • Use of the premises to rehearse before the big day • Year round access to grounds for planning as well as a comprehensive walkthrough with a wedding professional to create a customized layout • Year round professional landscaping The ceremony/reception price is $5,800 for Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays for up to 150 guests and $5/person for anything over that amount up to a maximum of 300 guests. The fee reserves the grounds for your use from 10am to 11pm on the day of the event and the actual start time of the ceremony/reception may start any time after 4pm.
