Discover St. Ann's Community Hall in Tubac, AZ Constructed in 1960 the “Hall” was originally used for local community gatherings and later filled with students and classrooms. Beginning in 2024/25, St. Ann’s Catholic Church of Tubac, along with the help of generous local benefactors and the Knights of Columbus began the effort to restore the building to its original purpose. The beautifully renovated Community Hall is now open to the public and ready to welcome your next special event. Featuring modern updates, warm aesthetics, and an inviting atmosphere, the hall offers a spacious interior that can be tailored to fit any occasion. Designed with comfort, charm, and versatility in mind, the hall accommodates 160 for a seated meal making it the perfect venue for receptions, dinner dances, quinceañeras, showers, fundraisers and community gatherings. We can also accommodate 200 auditorium style seating for concerts, graduations, business seminars/meetings, lectures, fashion show and so much more. Whether you’re planning an intimate celebration or a large festivity, the Community Hall provides the ideal accommodations. The expense space is perfect everything comes included from set up of all the chairs tables Linens Bluetooth speakers microphone roll around bar holder for your drinks drink dispensers very spacious place with big bathrooms an awesome kitchen with a freezer and refrigerator that you can use and even a warmer for your food while you wait for your guests to come and the help that was provided by the staff was just amazing they respond to text messages very fast and answered any questions that we had to say the least I would say 20 out of 20 they hit it out of the park will definitely recommend to others and use again thank you again !

Outstanding Venue and Exceptional Management — An Eventective User from Park City, MT
When our family unexpectedly found ourselves needing a venue for a Celebration of Life with only a few days’ notice, St. Ann’s Community Hall in Tubac was an absolute blessing. After learning on Thursday evening that my husband’s uncle would be laid to rest at a simple graveside service the following Monday, we were left scrambling to find a place where family and friends could gather afterward to celebrate his life. With generations of our family buried in the historic Tubac Cemetery and very few venue options available in the area, we reached out to St. Ann’s Community Hall. Throughout the process, our plans changed multiple times as we tried to coordinate everything on such short notice. We said yes, then no, then yes again, and even changed course once more before finally confirming. Through it all, Marianne was incredibly patient, understanding, and accommodating. Her calm demeanor and professional background make her the perfect person to work with, regardless of the type of event you’re planning. The hall was already set up with tables and chairs based on our estimate of 75 guests, and we were given early access to decorate and personalize the space. We were able to display family photos, set up centerpieces, create a dessert area, and make the room feel welcoming for friends and family gathering to remember JJ Gastelum. The facility itself exceeded our expectations. We had access to the bar area for beverages provided by Sonora Mia, another wonderful local business. The kitchen was spacious and included a large refrigerator and freezer, with a rolling door that allowed us to keep the service areas hidden from view during the event. The restrooms were clean and well maintained, and we were able to connect to both the sound system and display TVs without issue. Although we didn’t need the bridal suite, Marianne took the time to show us the space, and it was obvious how thoughtfully it was designed. With beautiful lighting, large mirrors, a private bathroom, and plenty of room to prepare, it would be perfect for wedding receptions, anniversaries, quinceañeras, and other special celebrations. The parking lot was another standout feature, offering ample parking along with accessible concrete handicap spaces that make wheelchair access much easier. Planning a Celebration of Life with days notice is incredibly stressful. We had only a few days to coordinate everything while grieving the loss of a loved one. Thanks to Marianne, St. Ann’s Community Hall, and our wonderful local catering vendor, Danielle from Sonora Mia who helped us pull everything together, the day turned out beautifully. Our family is deeply grateful for the kindness, flexibility, and support we received. St. Ann’s Community Hall provided far more than just a venue—they helped create a meaningful space where family and friends could gather, share stories, and celebrate the life of JJ Gastelum. We cannot thank Marianne and the St. Ann’s Community Hall team enough.
