Formerly the home of Mary Jane Hayner, the 1914 Romanesque mansion houses a lively community arts center. The facilities of the center are available for public use for meetings, parties and community events. The Troy-Hayner Cultural Center proudly encourages the use of the building for the Trojan community. The Hayner Center is available for business use as well as for private parties and weddings. Folding tables, chairs and some audio visual equipment is available. There is a small community kitchen.
