The Chateau on the River is located within the grounds of Elizabeth Park in Trenton, Michigan. The historic park was given to Wayne County Parks by the Slocum Family in the 1920's. This unique venue is located along the Detroit River across from Grosse Isle Island. The Chateau on the River is a newly renovated facility that features granite bathrooms, a Riverview terrace, and cocktail/reception space adjacent to the Main Hall. The Main Hall has a capacity for 190 guests and features a state of the art AV system including twin projectors and sound system.
