Hourly Rate: $300–$400 per hour (depending on date and demand) Minimum Rental: 5 hours Included in Rental: Full access to the venue, including main floor, bar, and VIP areas Standard staffing: bartenders, security, and support staff Use of professional sound and lighting system Additional Terms: A 50% deposit is required to secure your date; remaining balance due 7 days prior to the event Bar packages, specialty décor, and extra production services available at additional cost Venue capacity: 300 Client is responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear Ideal For: Corporate events, meetings, and team gatherings Private parties, birthdays, and social celebrations Live music nights, small performances, and rehearsals
