Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Payment A signed agreement and non-refundable deposit are required to secure your event date. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days prior to the event. Dates are not held without a deposit. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations are only accepted if made more than 90 days prior to the event date. Cancellations within 90 days may be subject to full or partial billing. Refunds are issued solely at the discretion of the DJ in rare, exceptional circumstances. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees, particularly if changes are requested within close proximity to the original event date. 3. Access & Setup Requirements Client must ensure the venue allows adequate time and access for setup and teardown. This includes safe, level space for equipment and sufficient power outlets. Any known venue limitations (e.g., noise restrictions, curfews) must be disclosed in advance. 4. Equipment & Liability We use professional-grade, fully maintained AV equipment. However, we are not liable for disruptions caused by venue power issues, environmental conditions, or damage caused by guests. The client assumes responsibility for any intentional or accidental damage to DJ equipment during the event. 5. Conduct & Safety If at any time the DJ or equipment is placed at risk due to guest behavior or unsafe conditions, services may be terminated at the DJ’s discretion without refund. Respectful conduct and a safe environment are essential to delivering a successful event. 6. Media Use We may capture brief video or photo content of the event for use in future promotional material unless the client requests otherwise in writing. 7. Overtime Overtime services may be available upon request and are billed at an additional hourly rate. Overtime is only possible if the venue permits extended hours, and it is the client’s responsibility to confirm this with the venue in advance. Payment for additional time is due on-site before extra services are provided.
