Originally opened in 1895, The Valentine Theatre is a 901-seat facility operated by the Toledo Cultural Arts Center, Inc. After a 21-year effort by the Board of Trustees and the community, the $28 million renovation was unveiled on October 9, 1999. Since the Gala re-opening, more than 800,000 people have attended 1000 international, national and area presentations, weddings and events.
