Wedding and Reception — An Eventective User from Haslett Michigan

Greetings, My wife and I got married at Crystal Mountain Resort on September 17th of 2011. It was everything we had expected and more. The location is in beautiful northern Michigan. Crystal Mountain Resort is a ski and golf resort surrounded by wooded landscape. Since we chose the month of September the fall colors of the overwhelming amount of trees began to show. We chose to be married on top of one of the ski runs. So we, along with everyone invited to the wedding, road the chairlift up to the ceremony and back down to the reception. It was absolutely gorgeous and what a blast. Everybody loved it, especially the kids who never have anything to do at weddings anyway. The resort offers a ton of things to do before and after the wedding. My family enjoyed the water park the day of the wedding and my wife and I enjoyed the spa the day after. The food at our wedding was amazing and we still get compliments when our wedding it talked about. Every staff member we encountered made us feel special and appreciated which is rare anymore. Everything at Resort is beautiful and well kept. The resort has three restaurants, two eighteen hole golf courses, a water park, beautiful skiing and snowboarding areas, and a massive indoor pool with spa. It wasn't exactly the cheapest place to get marred, but it was worth every penny. Hope this review helps you. Good luck
