We are a craft distillery located in University Place, WA - southwest corner of Tacoma. Our town-center tasting room is available for private events of up to 80 people. Depending on the night of the week, and if we have to close the tasting room to the public, our minimums, room charge & upfront deposit varies. This is an upscale/casual space with a mixed seating environment - bar/tables/couches. We serve craft cocktails, beer & sparling wine. All of our craft cocktails are made with Chambers Bay Distillery spirits (bourbon, vodka, gin, ghost pepper whiskey) and local liqueurs.
