The newly renovated Intrepid Lane Training Center (ILTC) offers 3 rentable areas for business needs and small gatherings. The Cardinal Room has a neutral, open floor plan with the capacity to hold up to 60 guests. Our Starling Room is a smaller, colorful office space ideal for small business meetings, interviews, presentations, and gatherings of up to 25 guests. All rentals include use of our catering kitchen, heating chaffing dishes, coffee bar/station, tables and chairs, and automatic blackout curtains. Peaceful Schools is an operating business within the ILTC with private office space to allow Cardinal and Starling guests full privacy and easy access to restrooms and catering kitchen during Peaceful Schools business hours. Complimentary parking is located on the grounds of the Intrepid Lane Training Center building. Note: We are an alcohol and drug-free venue. Rental hours include set-up and clean-up of events.
