Our rates vary depending on the time of the year. Our rates start at $1800/night, but we do have a 3 night minimum in our off-season and a 7 night minimum during the summer. To get more information, call or text us at 910-690-4102.
We limit our weddings to 75 people because parking is limited to 25 cars.
When you reserve Southern Charm, linens and towels are included with your stay. Food, wedding tables and chairs are not included with the venue price. We can assist you with getting vendors for your event. Please call or text us anytime at 910-690-4102 for a quick response.
Our direct oceanfront home can comfortably accommodate up to 50 overnight guests. For events and wedding receptions, we limit our maximum capacity to 75 people.
Our home features 16 tastefully decorated bedrooms located on the first and second levels, along with 16.5 bathrooms. It is the only 16-bedroom home of its kind located between Topsail, NC and Charleston, SC.
We accept certified bank checks, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal (using the 'family and friends' option to avoid fees). Credit card payments are accepted with an additional 4% fee. We do not accept personal checks. Final payments must be received no later than 90 days prior to your arrival.

Southern Charm of Holden Beach is a gated, oceanfront estate featuring meticulously manicured grounds, an oceanside swimming pool, and a Tiki Hut. Inside, you will enjoy spacious living areas and an elegant kitchen complete with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a warming drawer, and a trash compactor.
While we operate as a rental venue, we work closely with excellent local vendors and are happy to connect you with trusted professionals for catering, photography, florists, party rentals, yoga lessons, and massage therapy.
