The Clubhouse at Kings Grant on the Ashley is located 15 miles from downtown Charleston in a lovely neighborhood in North Charleston. The 3000 sq foot Clubhouse is the perfect venue accommodating
200 people for weddings, anniversaries and special celebrations. The Clubhouse offers a beautiful water front landscape with a wrap around porch that offers guests the ability to enjoy the breath taking scenery. It’s our pleasure to work with all licensed and insured caterers/bar service providers, event planners, and vendors for week-end rentals.
Our rental fees:
Friday rental -$1800.00
Saturday rental -$2500.00 Sunday rental - $1400.00
(Tables and chair to seat 150 people included )
We show the Clubhouse venue every Monday from

We’ve catered numerous wedding receptions and parties at this event space. It’s one of my favorites because it’s spacious, easily accessible for catering and the venue is like a blank slate. Event decorators have transformed this space into so many different magical themes. Let’s not forget about the beautiful views outside. From the wrap around porch to the ceremonies held on the banks this venue will take your breath away. I highly recommend this venue.
