The Kersey House, located in historic downtown Summerville, is a beautifully renovated travelers’ rest from circa 1912. As you enter, you'll be greeted by two large southern verandas and a tribute to the Kersey family. The four grand parlor rooms feature original heart pine floors, beautiful fireplaces, and small tributes to each family member. The venue also includes a large courtyard with azaleas and hydrangeas, creating an intimate urban oasis. This venue can accommodate outdoor ceremonies for more than 200 guests, indoor ceremonies for up to 70 guests, seated dinners for up to 200 guests, and stationed-style receptions for up to 250 guests. It also welcomes drop-in-style cocktail functions for over 350 guests.
