We provide mobile coffee, matcha and specialty beverage catering for brand activations, corporate events, employee appreciation events, productions, product launches, retail activations, weddings, private celebrations and other events throughout Los Angeles and Southern California.
We offer both cold and hot beverage service depending on your event. Cold service can include draft cold brew, matcha, tea, sparkling lemonades, mocktails and other specialty beverages served from our tap system. We can also provide hot espresso-based drinks including lattes, cappuccinos and americanos.
Our service includes your selected beverage menu, cups, lids, napkins, serviceware, ice, equipment, cart setup, professional on-site beverage service and breakdown for the agreed guest count and service time. Optional branding and custom add-ons are available separately.
Yes. The cart can be used as-is with The Art of Roam branding or customized to fit your event. We can create a custom beverage menu and specialty drinks specifically for your event, along with optional add-ons such as a front logo decal, full cart wrap, custom cup stickers or printed cups, custom menu design and custom drink art printing.
Optional add-ons include front cart logo decals, full cart wraps, custom cup stickers, custom printed cups, custom menu design, custom drink art printing and event-specific specialty beverages. You can choose only the elements that make sense for your event rather than selecting from a fixed package.
We are based in Los Angeles and serve events throughout Los Angeles and Southern California. Travel outside our standard service area may also be available depending on the event and location.
Our services typically begin around a 25-guest minimum, although pricing depends on guest count, service time, menu, location and customization. A typical 50-guest, two-hour beverage service starts around $915 before taxes, fees and optional add-ons.
Every event is quoted individually. Pricing is based on guest count, service time, beverage selection, staffing, location and any optional customization or branding. Additional service time, larger guest counts and specialty add-ons may increase the final quote.
We recommend booking as early as possible for weekends, high-demand dates and events requiring custom branding. Shorter lead times may be available depending on our schedule and the level of customization requested.
We do not offer standard tastings. For select large-scale events, we may be able to provide limited beverage samples depending on the booking size, menu and availability.
