People Often Ask
Send your date, venue and what you have in mind. We reply within one business day with a written quote. Once you accept it, we confirm the booking, plan the load-in with your venue, and our crew delivers, builds and tests before doors open, runs the show and strikes everything at the end.
LED video walls in four sizes from 11.4 to 20 feet wide, LED signage (poster boards, towers, desk cubes and display pillars), event lighting from battery uplights to moving heads, and sound from speech systems to line arrays, with the crew to run them.
LED signage has day rates from $100 for a desk cube to $450 for a poster board. LED walls, lighting and sound are quoted per event, because the price depends on size, show days, crew hours, venue access and travel. Weekly rentals are 20% off, and renting several items together brings the price down. Each product page lists what its package includes.
Your date and times, venue and city, the room or booth size, rough guest count, what you want on screen or on stage, and whether you need us to run it. Load-in rules, dock access and power details from the venue help us price it right the first time.
Yes for LED walls: every wall package includes the tiles, frame or ground support, a 4K processor, cabling, delivery, installation and strike. Lighting and sound quotes list delivery and setup the same way. Travel outside Los Angeles is listed on your quote.
We build and test before your doors open, and your quote lists the load-in and strike windows. Tell us about docks, elevators, stairs, parking and venue labor rules so we can plan the timing.
We can bring power distribution and generators, or work from venue power. We confirm what is needed with you before the event and note it on your quote. At trade shows we tell you what to order from the show electrician before the deadline.
Yes. We work union venues and convention halls. Some venues and shows have exclusive or union labor rules for certain work, so we check the venue or exhibitor rules with you before the event and plan the setup to fit.
As early as you can. Build it at the wall’s resolution (each product page lists it) as MP4 video or PNG stills, send it before load-in so we can check it on the processor, and bring a backup. Dizplay Creative can design it, and we can provide a playback operator.
Yes. We provide a certificate of insurance when your venue requires one, with $1,000,000 in general liability coverage. Send us the venue’s requirements with your booking.
