At Stuart Corinthian Yacht Club, we make it easy for you to create your ideal meal. You may choose from the following packages or our food and beverage manager will work together with the chef to create a dining experience tailored to your individual tastes. We are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions, food allergies, vegetarian or vegan choices. We use USDA choice meats, locally sourced seafood and only the freshest produce.
One Day Membership Fee: For the host/hostess who is not currently a member of the Stuart Corinthian Yacht Club, a one day Social Membership Fee, of $150.00 is due at the signing of the Event Agreement. This fee is non-refundable if your event is cancelled or rescheduled for any reason. However, the Club will apply this fee to your rescheduled event, if we are able to book another event on the original date of your cancelled event.
Club Rental of $900.00 includes the use of the clubhouse for your event, our standard table linens, napkins, dishes, glasses, utensils, complimentary use of the dance floor and available audio visual equipment In addition to the use of the clubhouse, your party will have reasonable and scheduled access to the clubhouse the day prior your event for the purpose of decorating or setting up for your event. All decorations and personal belongings must be removed after the conclusion of the event. The Club is not responsible for any items, including food or beverages
Food and Beverage Service:
The Food & Beverage Manager will work with you and make menu suggestions based upon your theme, budget, tastes, etc. The club does not allow any food or beverage to be brought into the club from outside sources, with the exception of specialty cakes. Delivery of specialty cakes should be coordinated with the Food and Beverage Manager. The host/hostess is responsible for direct payment to the vendor for specialty cakes and delivery fees.
A meal guarantee is required 10 business days prior to your function. If the number of guests in attendance falls below the meal guarantee, the host/hostess is responsible for the minimum number guaranteed, or for the actual number of guests in
