The LP is a newly renovated building that is perfect for hosting Christmas & birthday parties, baby & bridal showers, wedding receptions and anniversary parties. Building use has been very dynamic from housing dryland training for sports teams, hosting cabarets, concerts & nightclubs, to being a set location for TV shows. The building measurements are 92ft in length by 44ft wide. Building capacity is 248 people with non-fixed seats/tables, 315 people with no fixed seats, and 591 people standing room only.
