The meeting room at Hampton Inn & Suites Williamsburg Square has a limited capacity. For larger events, our affiliated properties, such as the Holiday Inn Express & Springhill Suites may have suitable spaces. We would be happy to explore these options with you.
Our outdoor pool operates seasonally and is primarily for the enjoyment of our overnight guests. We are unable to rent out the pool for private events or parties due to liability restrictions and operational policies.

Staff was amazing! Setup was perfect. Everything ran very well. So glad we chose this location and will stay for quite a while. Room was clean and staff very accomidating. When we needed more chairs they came within a few minutes. Having outside food vendors is great and allows us to change up every meeting. Thanks so much, can't wait til August!
