TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Agreement By using our 360 photo booth services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"). This Agreement constitutes a binding legal contract between you and 360 Photo Booth Bookings ("Company"). If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you may not use our Services. 2. Services Our Services consist of providing a 360-photo booth for events such as weddings, corporate events, and parties. Our photo booth includes equipment, software, and technical support. 3. Payment and Cancellation We require a deposit to reserve our Services, which is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due before the event begins. If you cancel your reservation, you may forfeit your deposit, depending on the timing of the cancellation. If you cancel within 2 days of the event, you may be required to pay the full balance. 4. Use of Images By using our Services, you permit us to use the images taken by our photo booth for marketing and promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing. We will not use any images in a way that is derogatory or defamatory. 5. Liability Our liability is limited to the cost of our Services. We are not responsible for any damages or injuries that occur during your event, and we recommend that you obtain liability insurance to cover any such incidents. 6. Intellectual Property All intellectual property related to our Services, including but not limited to software, trademarks, and copyrights, are the exclusive property of the Company. You may not use any of our intellectual property without our written consent. 7. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses that arise because of your use of our Services. 8. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through arbitration by the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in The Woodlands, Texas. 9. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the state of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions. 10. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous negotiations, discussions, or agreements, whether written or oral, between the parties. By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.
