Sincere Appreciation — An Eventective User from Spartanburg, SC

I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to the planners and management at 1881 Hall Event. Rebecca, Tiffany, and Matt collaborated with me in an exceptional manner, demonstrating remarkable professional and cooperation. I would like to share a few specific highlights of the event that took place, as they contributed significantly to its success. I would like to express my gratitude to Rebecca for her consideration in allowing me to set up ahead of schedule. She kindly unlocked the doors, enabling me to prepare without the pressure of rushing, which often leads to errors. I informed Rebecca that I had some cupcakes in my vehicle, and she graciously offered to assist by retrieving a cart and carrying the cupcakes into the event hall. Unfortunately, some of the cupcakes had been overturned during transport; however, the team did an excellent job arranging them on the cupcake tier with my decorative toppers, making it appear as though none had been damaged. Furthermore, we had a projector screen to display our images, and we utilized extension cords across the room. Matt was exceptionally helpful by providing an extension cord cover to ensure the safety of our guests and to prevent any potential tripping hazards. I also mention to Rebecca that my granddaughter would be performing a solo piece, and we required a small table for her instrument. She promptly provide a table and even adorned it with a cloth. There were numerous other tasks accomplished that day, which transformed what could have been a frustrating experience into a more relaxed one. At no point did I feel that I was imposing of asking for too much. It is not uncommon to sense an awkward atmosphere from individuals who may not wish to engage or assist; however, I did not encounter such feelings during my experience. I extend my sincere thanks to Tiffany, Rebecca, Matt and the entire staff of 1881 Event Hall for your support. Superb job

My Husband’s Surprise 50th Party was awesome!! We were treated like royalty by the 1881 Event Hall Staff. The venue is beautiful but the customer service is unbeatable. Check them out!!
