Terms and Conditions

Deposits are one of our terms when the price of a event are 800 dollars or over and depending on the event then rest is due on the day or night of the event during or right after performing the event. Deposits are half of total price of event and payable by check. Cancellations do happen in case of cancellation both parties have 30 days before such an event to cancel but if deposit is already been given to band you loose deposit if the band cancels you get back your deposit. Weather sometimes can be a problem like rain or snow etc. if on the day of event and it’s raining or snowing and the event is outside and we show up and set up any equipment and you decide to cancel event we still get total amounts due if sound is provided and we play and you decide to cancel after playing a song or songs and you decide to cancel the total amount is still to be paid in full
