Welcome to our new Farm House style Event Venue! The venue is located in Southampton, just 30 minutes outside of Philadelphia downtown. We serve Philadelphia, PA and NJ! Features include: Over 1700 sq ft of rentable space which comfortably fits 60 guests, a bar where you can serve drinks for your guests, kitchenette for the food set up and comfortable bathroom. You can use our kitchen area for setting up the food for the party. Also there is an outside patio with the sitting area!
Also we have a spacious fanced front yard for the outside celebrations. We provide tables, serving tables and beautiful banquet chairs for 50 guests. 24/7 secure access + camera system! Central a/c/heat system. You don't need a DJ - the professional sound system is included in the venue rental! Convenient free parking for all guests as the venue located in the plaza with plenty of parking spaces!
We can also make decorations for your perfect celebration as we have a professional wedding decorator in out team.
The studio can be rented for baby shower, gender reveal, sweet 16, bridal shower, birthday party, anniversary celebrations, wedding, wellness events, yoga, dance, corporate events, fitness classes/workshops, photo shoots, exhibitions, conferences, retreats, meetings & more!

So easy to work with answered all my many questions and was very clear regarding the venue and expectations. All my guests loved every bit of this venue.
