Venegeest is an audio visual and event production rental company serving the San Francisco Bay Area from South San Francisco. We supply, deliver, set up and operate the gear behind corporate events, conferences, product launches, weddings and live performances.

Configurable P1.9-3.9 LED rental screens for video walls sized to the room, foldable LED advertising screens, LED TV displays with floor stands, and wireless screen casters for presentations.

A deep lighting inventory: beam, spot, wash and hybrid moving heads (including CMY and RGBW), pixel-wash and moving bar fixtures, theater profile (Leko) and Fresnel lights, followspots and LED followspots, LED pars and tri-color panels, strobes and blinders, architectural wall washers and city color, RGB laser projectors, outdoor IP67 sky lasers, moving laser heads, and wireless battery uplights for weddings. Controlled from professional lighting consoles with DMX networking and splitters.

Commercial PA speaker systems, Bluetooth speaker systems, portable stage platforms, aluminum H-frame truss and electric lift scaffold.
SPECIAL EFFECTS
Cold spark machines including rotating units, CO2 jets and hand cannons, dry-ice and water-mist low-fog machines, haze and fog machines, up-jet fog columns, snow, foam and bubble machines, confetti cannons and streamer launchers, flame jets, and an interactive photo booth.

Recent projects include the 2026 China FIC Innovation and Collaboration Summit at Hyatt Regency San Francisco Downtown SOMA, the HYSTA 26th Anniversary Conference at the Santa Clara Convention Center, and the Yunnan Enterprises Going Global promotion event at Grand Hyatt San Francisco.
The panels are modular, so the wall is sized to the room rather than to a fixed screen size. Recent builds include a 3m x 10m display for a summit at Hyatt Regency San Francisco Downtown SOMA and a 4m x 12m display for a conference at Grand Hyatt San Francisco. We also carry foldable LED advertising screens, LED TV displays with floor stands, and wireless screen casters for presentations.
Our standard scope covers delivery, on-site setup, operation during the event and strike. On recent conferences that has included stage setup and calibration, rehearsal support, live technical management and troubleshooting through the event.
Yes. For the HYSTA 26th Anniversary Celebration and Annual Conference at the Santa Clara Convention Center we deployed multi-screen displays across three venues, 24 to 30 professional lighting fixtures and three independent sound systems, with multi-venue coordination and rehearsal support.
