First Floor Open concept living room, kitchen, private conference room, and office . This space accommodates up to 10 people. Second Floor Accommodates up to 12 people when set up as a conference room or up to 20 people as a sanctuary space (yoga mats and blankets are available). Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower. Included - Wifi and a/v through sharing your computer screen with a Samsung Art TV in both the living room and second floor. - The kitchen has coffee, water, and seltzer available. This space can be used for cooking and dining. - Multi-split heating/cooling in each room for your comfort. Printing/copying/scanning is available. - There is ample free public parking surrounding the area. Accessibility - The building has two steps at the front door entrance and has one flight of stairs to get to the second floor - 14 steps with a railing. - Both restrooms on both the first and second floor are single stalls.
