Gilbertsville Farmhouse is a 125-acre private estate in upstate New York, designed exclusively for multi-day wedding weekends. We host only 25–28 celebrations per year, ensuring every couple receives complete privacy and the full attention of our dedicated team. Your wedding weekend unfolds over three days across the entire property, no shared spaces, no strangers, no curfew. Up to 250 guests can celebrate on the wedding day, with on-site lodging for 122 across 51 designer king-bed guest houses. The property features four distinctive event spaces, a dedicated after-party cocktail lounge, a one-acre pond with an island gazebo, a hammock park, and a private beach. Between events, guests enjoy curated experiences including goat yoga, bonfires, and encounters with our resident farm animals, including beer burros who greet you after your ceremony with a saddlebag of cold drinks. Our in-house culinary team operates a full commercial kitchen on the property, preparing every meal fresh — from the rehearsal dinner to the farewell brunch. Snacks and non-alcoholic beverages are available throughout the entire weekend for on-site guests. Menus are fully customizable with a private tasting, and the kitchen accommodates all dietary needs. A dedicated planning coordinator is assigned to you from the day you book through the final toast.
