For our fully styled Gilded Garden Experience, we recommend up to 50 guests to allow for the most comfortable layout and overall guest experience.
Yes. We welcome outside caterers, photographers, DJs, bartenders and other event professionals, giving you the flexibility to choose vendors who fit your celebration and budget. All outside vendors must follow The Gilded Garden’s venue policies and requirements.
Yes. Tables and gold Chiavari chairs are included with your venue rental. For couples who want more help creating the look of their celebration, we also offer packages that include linens, napkins, chargers, décor, centerpieces, custom florals and event styling. You can choose the level of support that works best for you.

Absolutely! We’d love to welcome you to The Gilded Garden for a private tour. You’ll have the opportunity to explore the venue, see the Conservatory, discuss your celebration and ask questions about packages, florals and styling. Tours are available by appointment.
Yes. We offer several levels of service so you can choose what works best for your celebration. Options range from a simple venue rental to packages with linens, chargers and coordination, all the way to our signature Gilded Garden Experience with décor, centerpieces, custom florals and event styling. Additional floral and design enhancements can also be customized for your vision.
To reserve your date, a signed venue agreement and deposit are required. Once those are received, your date is officially secured. You can begin with the package that best fits your needs, and additional florals, décor and styling enhancements can be added as your plans develop.
