Downtown Social can comfortably accommodate up to 99 guests for with renting the entire facility. approximately 64 guests for a seated layout.in the traditional room. And approximately 40 guests can be held in the Speakeasy room. There's also a room for 60 guests to be on the Courtyard at any given time.
Our versatile space is perfect for a wide range of intimate gatherings, including bridal and baby showers, birthday parties, micro-weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate meetings, and community events.
You are welcome to bring in your own alcohol. However, to ensure safety and compliance, all alcoholic beverages must be served by a licensed and insured bartender.
Your basic level 1 rental includes the use of our tables and chairs, a modern prep kitchen area on the traditional side, high-speed Wi-Fi, a Bluetooth sound system, and access to our outdoor patio space.
We do have all inclusive packages available that will include all set up breakdown and decor package.
Yes, there is plenty of free parking available for your guests in the public parking lots directly across from the front of the building within the historic Depot District. We do not promote guest for events parking in the back lot. There are over 70 spaces only 25 ft from the front door.
We feature a prep kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, sink, and prep tables for your caterer's convenience. Please note there is no stove or oven on-site, so all food must arrive pre-cooked.
Yes, access to our charming outdoor patio space is included with your rental of the traditional room. Ofering a great indoor-outdoor flow for your guests. This does not come with the rental of the speakeasy.
All setup and cleanup must take place within your contracted rental window. We recommend booking enough hours to accommodate your vendors' preparation and teardown needs.
